Train a Bulldog Puppy
As early as two to three months old you may start training your puppy. Teach him his daily routine. He will need to know where to locate his water and food bowls. It is also important for your dog to know the location of his puppy crate. What time he needs to go to bed and where he goes to the bathroom. Remember bulldog puppies like and welcome routine.
This is very important to develop this routine early in their life. This will allow the puppy to have a sense of security. Teach the puppy correct words like no or stop that. You need to teach him to remain in his crate quietly when he is resting or when you cannot give the puppy your full attention. Housebreaking can start at this point also but it will be several months before his organs are developed enough for no accidents. Teach him to accept you handling and grooming him by placing him on a grooming table. Teach him the different grooming positions. Clip his nails, brush his teeth and brush him while he is on the grooming table. When the puppy reached the age of three to six months it is time to start teaching him different commands. He should be taught how to interact well with other dogs and people, walk quietly on a leash, and come when you call his name. Tricks can be taught to you puppy when he reaches six to ten months of age. He can learn how to heel when you command it.
